My Kombucha
Just a little photo of my babies. Five jars of lovely Kombucha doing the business before they get bottled. I have a heat pad under them during winter, but since we are in warmer weather I have turned it off (although NZ that is debatable at the moment…just saying). These babies stay in there all nice a snug for about 2 weeks. I stagger them, 2 one week and three the next. I have 3 tea based Kombuchas and one coffee based. My family drink the tea based (well most of them), but the coffee is left for me. An acquired taste…some say it has a vinegary after taste, but I don’t think its too strong. Very nice coffee kick, I like it!
